  Cancellation

Refund policy: cancellation must be requested by May 15, 2005.

€100 as cancellation / administrative fees will be retained. No refunds after May 15, 2005.

*      An offline registration form available in pdf format in english / in french (see return instructions in the form).

 

Please note the following lodging information:

      *      RENNES: attendees have to book their hotel themselves. Please see our lodging information
 

*      SAINT-MALO: the “Palais du Grand Large” conference center has already booked hotels rooms with negotiated prices. See our online accomodation booking form.

Registered attendees will receive a confirmation by email or fax giving the name and location of the hotel and prices. Hotels are very close to the conference (a 10 min walk) and mostly within the city’s walls.
